Will is right... the c-dales are wicked good stuff... cutting edge. My Dad rocks a KHS Alite Hardtail, and that is great too. This team can't loose either way you look at it.

The 9-Ball order on Aug 15th can be supplemented by MTB's or Road bikes... whatever you guys can afford.

I sold Vert my XC team a couple weeks ago - it's a sick bike, full XTR, dual sus - too pimipin to be sitting in my garage..

FPA, let's show them what's up on the crossy. I'm not afraid to run.

If you want a KHS Mtb, we can get them. Ladric just got a 29er Tucson

If N8's rockin the rigid, then the CX should work. The single up front will hurt though

KHS has the hardtail Alite Team and the full-suss XC Team; both are quality rigs but I'm partial to hard-tails so I would definitely ride their Tucson 29-er. As far as Cannondale goes, any of their mtbs are freakin killer. Scalpel and the like are just too many moving pieces for me...

Can't wait to dropp the $$$ for that Cannondale 'cross bike in August!

this of course, begs the question....

what does KHS or Cannondale offer for mtn bikes? Any know anything about them things? I suppose Cannondale has quite a barn full of quality steeds, what about KHS?

Anyone ride either?

Your brave if you roll a cross bike. It is pretty sandy and loose on the fat tires. Doesn't mean I wouldn't love to see it.

You could try but I think the course would make you pay. On that trail you need low gearing for a few steep sections, fat tires, and a tight cornering. One of the Grumpy's guys rocked a cross bike at the Erik's cup race but the course was less technical.

Let me know if you'd like to use my ride. Might be a little small and, as you can see, it's totally rigid.

On the other hand if you got the hole shot, ran the steep parts and the sand pit, and hauled ass on the flats you might do OK on a cross bike!

Oh, and if you go, make sure you have someone point out the finish line. I missed it.
